Society Response to Coronavirus

We have been assessing the Covid-19 situation and have reviewed all of our planned events, taking sensible steps to protect the health and safety of volunteers and members of the public.

If you were planning to attend any of the events previously listed on our website, please be aware that we will be cancelling all our upcoming events until further notice. This includes the AGM and any other planned indoor talks.

Please keep an eye on our website where we will keep you updated with news. If the situation changes we hope to review planned events from June onwards but at this time nothing is guaranteed.

We are thinking of our members and supporters at this time, and hope you all stay safe. Many land-holding organisations – Including Hampshire and Isle of Wight Naturalist Trust, the RSPB and the National Trust – are keeping the grounds open and so there will be opportunities for people to get closer to nature in a safe way, following the current guidelines.
